“This is to clarify my dealings and thoughts on Ewart Price and especially Michael Bottomley. Ewart Price were acting for me on the probate file of a family member and the sale of their flat.
I live in Birmingham which meant everything had to be done via email and attachments. On the probate side everything went very quickly and very smoothly to my complete satisfaction. However the sale of the property was a nightmare on the side of the buyer. I have no idea how Michael kept his cool. I eventually had enough and called time, but Michael stuck to his guns with complete professionalism to get the job done. Even on the last couple of days there were problems and Michael was away but competent staff (Rachael Marshall) stepped in and finalised the deal.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Ewart Price albeit all the problems they have had to encounter. I would certainly recommend this company for its overall professional stance and the pleasant way it was handled as a friendly, personal contact.
